Stayed for a quick overnight and booked through Marriott. As a Platinum Elite I asked for a room upgrade, even though they should do it on their own, and he said he did upgrade me but it was the room category I booked. For 1 night we didn’t worry about it. Marriott always touts their status members but not at this property. The walls are thin and our neighbors kept us up most of the night while not even being that loud. I asked them to charge our EV and they said it was no problem. It wasn’t done. The rooms, lobby and grounds are well taken care and the location is great.

You want downtown El Paseo? Stay here. Perfect location, good food and drink at the hotel grill. Larkspur Grill. Plenty of places to hang out and chill. Pool and spa were busy , but cool. Inner quad area is very nice, the lounge chairs and lawn games. Rooms are rooms, most with balconies to enjoy the desert Mountain View’s. Lobby area has a coffee shop with snacks. Hotel in perfect location to shop the famous El Paseo shops and restaurants. Will definitely go back and stay here. Bye bye downtown Palm Springs. This is the new place to go.
